This study adopts a round-robin design. Based on the JD-R model and JDCS theory, the study investigates how supervisor Machiavellianism affects graduate students’ creative performance and the moderating role of graduate students’ personal initiative. Our study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing graduate students’ innovation. We also provide valuable insights into the significance of considering the individual traits of both supervisors and graduate students in the context of graduate education.
本研究采用循环设计(round-robin design)。基于工作要求-资源模型(Job Demands-Resources model,简称JD-R模型)与工作要求-控制-支持理论(Job Demands-Control-Support theory,简称JDCS理论),本研究考察了主管马基雅维利主义(Machiavellianism)对研究生创造性绩效的影响,以及研究生个人主动性的调节作用。本研究有助于深化对研究生创新影响因素的认知,同时为在研究生教育情境中兼顾主管与研究生双方的个体特质提供了富有价值的理论视角。
