Sign Districts

The City of Bend Sign Districts regulate signs that are visible from streets or which are visible from one site to another to provide reasonable regulations for the design, construction, placement and maintenance of signs in order to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the community. This polygon feature class includes current sign districts for the City of Bend and all unincorporated areas within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). Details regarding Sign Districts can be found in Bend Development Code 9.50. Data is updated as changes are approved by City Council.本德市标牌区划（Sign Districts）对可自街道被观测到，或可于场地间互相观测到的标牌实施规制，旨在为标牌的设计、建造、设置与维护制定合理规范，以保障公众健康、安全及社区整体公共福祉。本多边形要素类（polygon feature class）涵盖本德市及城市增长边界（Urban Growth Boundary，UGB）范围内全部未合并区域的现行标牌区划数据。有关标牌区划的详细规定可参阅《本德市开发法典》第9.50条。本数据集将在市议会批准相关变更后及时更新。
