The worldwide brand value of Nivea fluctuated in the time period going from 2016 to 2024, but remained steady overall. As of 2024, the Nivea brand was valued at approximately 6.8 billion U.S. dollars, slightly up from the previous year, when this figure reached a value of around 6.6 billion U.S. dollars. Beiersdorf’s leading brand Nivea is one of the most important brands of the consumer goods company Beiersdorf. Founded in 1882, the Hamburg-based company owns several brands, and is also involved in the adhesives sector. Being one of the most profitable beauty manufacturers worldwide, it is no surprise that Beiersdorf’s revenue surpassed seven billion euros in 2022, most of which was generated by the consumer business segment and in the European region. Nivea in Europe A large part of beauty shoppers in Europe is familiar with the Nivea brand and its wide selection of personal care products. In 2021, it was the leading health and beauty brand in Europe, with 559 consumer reach points and 51 percent of European households purchasing it.
