mean_stimulus_pupil_area_df_omitted_running.h5

dataframe containing the stimulus or omission triggered average pupil area for each experimental session in the dataset, separated by whether the mouse was running or stationary. Additional metadata includes the mean pupil area in a 500ms window after stimulus or omission onset, the transgenic mouse line used, and the visual area, depth and image set for that session. Pupil area is reported in pixels^2, in a [-0.5, 0.75] second window around the omission time.
