California Streams v3. To provide an alternative to the native NHD measuring system of percentage of distance along reach length with one based more on mouth to headwaters distances. Also intended to store potential edits to submit to NHD. This dataset is considered authoritative as used by CDFW for particular tracking purposes but may not be current or comprehensive for all streams in the state.
