Bacterial communities inhabiting the heating ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and their possible health impacts

The primary goal of this research was to determine the bacterial diversity of HVAC systems using next-generation sequencing (NGS) platform in two university buildings, one of which primarily houses offices and meeting rooms while the other is a laboratory building, where students do their research.
