林长制智慧管理平台

林长制智慧管理平台的建设可实现对加强林草等资源监测，推行林长制信息化支撑，建立林草资源“一张图”“一套数”动态监测体系，及时掌握林草资源动态变化信息。该平台卫星遥感、大数据、人工智能及物联网技术于一体，结合天地一体化获取的数据进行林业监测，实现林业大数据展示、数据汇集、数据共享等功能，为各个业务系统提供数据支撑。林长制软件平台结合APP端实现林业数据的闭环管理，将林长制信息可视化，推动信息资源共享和业务协同，网格化管理。可扩展应用于其它行业领域，如环保、水利、农业等。

The Smart Management Platform for Forest Chief System is developed to strengthen the monitoring of forest, grassland and other natural resources, provide informational support for the implementation of the Forest Chief System, establish a dynamic monitoring system for forest and grassland resources based on "one map" and "one set of data", and enable timely acquisition of dynamic change information of such resources. This platform integrates satellite remote sensing, big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. It carries out forestry monitoring by combining data collected via the space-ground integrated system, and implements functions including forestry big data display, data aggregation, data sharing and others, so as to provide data support for various business systems. The software platform of the Forest Chief System, combined with the mobile APP terminal, realizes closed-loop management of forestry data, visualizes the information related to the Forest Chief System, and promotes information resource sharing, business collaboration as well as grid-based management. Moreover, it can be extended and applied to other industrial fields such as environmental protection, water conservancy and agriculture.
