Transcriptome analysis of OsADR3-overexpression rice

OsADR3 plays a positive regulatory role in drought stress tolerance, by enhancing the antioxidant defense, and mediated the ABA signaling pathway in rice. To identify the mechanisms and downstream targets of the OsADR3 for improving plant tolerance to drought stress at a transcript level, RNA-seq analysis was performed using leaves from the WT and OsADR3-OE rice, under normal or drought stress conditions, to detect the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the global transcriptional profiles.
