A Structured Bangla Dataset of Disease-Symptom Associations to Improve Diagnostic Accuracy

The dataset is structured in a tabular format and consists of disease-symptom relationships. it is organized as follows: the first column represents diseases, the remaining columns represent symptoms. Each cell contains a binary value (1 or 0), where 1 indicates that the symptom is associated with the disease and 0 indicates no association.本数据集采用表格格式构建，收录疾病与症状的关联关系。其结构排布如下：第一列代表疾病类别，其余各列均对应症状。每个单元格内均存储二元值（1或0），其中1表示该症状与对应疾病存在关联，0则代表二者无关联。
