Second-generation Illumina data of indica-japonica derived recombinant inbred line populations

Second-generation high-throughput sequencing data of indica-japonica derived recombinant inbred line populations were used to construct a high-resolution bin-based linkage mapping. The mapping was used to uncover the novel genetic architecture and heterosis-related loci for traits such as plant height in indica-japonica derived populations.
