This study presents single-cell RNA sequencing data from a murine Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) subcutaneous tumor model to investigate the immunomodulatory effects of anti-SPP1 (osteopontin) antibody treatment. Tumor-bearing C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned to control (PBS) and anti-SPP1 treatment groups. Tumors were harvested at the experimental endpoint, and tumor-infiltrating immune cells were isolated for droplet-based single-cell transcriptomic profiling.
