These letters are addressed to the Colonial Secretary, Public Offices, and private individuals. They concern financial matter re lands. Such matters were administered by the Revenue Branch of the Treasury from 1836-56 (by the Collector of Internal Revenue before 1836).28 Jun 1834-30 Mar 1835, 1837-40 (4/121-24, 4/244). 5 vols.
