资源简介:
Blank questionnaires (in Vietnamese/English), consent forms (in English) and metadata (in English) relating to household surveys carried out with 300 respondents in September-November 2021 (Survey 1) and 300 respondents in December 2022 (Survey 2) in three provinces of the Red River Delta: Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, and Thai Binh. Survey 1This survey aims to assess sustainable agricultural production (SAP) and the involvement of women and youth in these activities. It includes demographic data such as age, gender, marital status, education, and occupation of household members, as well as comprehensive economic data on income sources, expenditures, and land usage. The survey also covers agricultural practices, production challenges, and advantages, along with gender roles in household and community activities. The use of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is integrated into the questionnaire to understand attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control regarding sustainable agriculture. This TPB framework helps in gauging the motivation and intentions of farmers to adopt sustainable practices, providing insights into their readiness and potential barriers. This dataset will support the study to develop strategies to enhance SAP effectiveness and the role of women and youth in agricultural development in the Red River Delta. Because of confidentiality and consent considerations, survey data (in Vietnamese and English) cannot be shared.
Survey 2This survey aims to assess landuse, migration and farming situation, and roles of women and youth in household income generation. It includes demographic data such as age, gender, marital status, education, and occupation of household members, as well as comprehensive economic data on income sources, expenditures, land use, migration and impacts of Covid on households’ income and businesses. It also covers information on decision making within households. Because of confidentiality and consent considerations, survey data (in Vietnamese and English) cannot be shared.
