Excited to introduce **Sonauto**. Its the fourth iteration of Sleeping-Imagination effort, where we release the entire 1:1 mirror of sonauto database. Collectively, we are releasing 530K songs and its exquisite metadata and links to download the audio files.

### What's Sonauto?
Sonauto can be regarded as the first commercial player in the field of AI generated songs way before SUNO was popular. It was created by an undergrad student studying at Cornell University.

Over the course, it felt out-of-touch and its competitors i.e. SUNO and Udio captured market-share. We wanted to have all the possible databases and players inside Sleeping-Imagination's collection and thus we extracted them.

#### Didn't Mureka and an unannounced dataset mean to be last?
Yes, but there's always more we are learning, haha. And we plan to announce the last iteration i.e. second dataset of this collection end of July 2025.

### How many songs?
530K songs. We provide all the possible metadata provided by Sonauto.

### Ethical statement
We have created this dataset under local and EU laws which permit us to create datasets that has scientific interests and can be accessed publicly. We respect the copyright ownership of respective authors and prohibit any commercial use of our dataset. If you misuse our dataset for commercial gains, you will be legally liable.

#### LICENCE
We use CC-by-nc-nd 4.0 and prohibit:
1. Share of this dataset from personal storage
2. And prohibit making any derivative of this dataset and share this online and any attempt of reupload.

### 什么是Sonauto？
Sonauto可被视为AI生成歌曲领域的首个商业化平台，早于SUNO走红之时。该项目由康奈尔大学（Cornell University）的一名本科生开发。

随着项目推进，Sonauto逐渐脱离市场视野，其竞争对手SUNO与Udio逐步占据了市场份额。我们希望将所有相关数据库与平台纳入Sleeping-Imagination的成果集合中，因此对其进行了提取整理。

#### 此前的Mureka与未公开数据集难道不是本系列的最终成果吗？
没错，但我们仍在持续探索更多内容，哈哈。我们计划于2025年7月底公布本系列的最终成果，即该集合中的第二个数据集。

### 歌曲总量如何？
共计530K首歌曲。我们将提供Sonauto官方提供的全部元数据。
