RNA-seq analysis of resting and inflamed human neutrophils

This study includes RNA-seq profiles of neutrophils from healthy donors and patients with inflammatory arthritis. RNA-seq of FACS-sorted live, CD15+ CD66b+ neutrophils from healthy donors, patients with inflammatory arthritis and LPS-stimulated cells (typically 30,000 per sample). Separate libraries were created for CD177neg and CD177pos neutrophils and averages were created for each donor as well.
