Dataset for MLG treatemnt in human-derived cell and spinal cord injury model

This dataset comprises RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, and proteomics data. The RNA-Seq and proteomics analyses were performed using human-derived cells. In addition, RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq analyses were conducted on a spinal cord injury mouse model. The dataset also includes RNA-Seq data from mouse tail tip fibroblasts treated exclusively with GSTA4, as well as ATAC-Seq data from human fibroblasts subjected to GSTA4-only treatment. This dataset provides a comprehensive resource for studying transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic changes across different models and treatment conditions.
本数据集涵盖RNA测序(RNA-Seq)、染色质免疫共沉淀测序(ChIP-Seq)、转座酶可及性测序(ATAC-Seq)及蛋白质组学数据。其中RNA测序与蛋白质组学分析均采用人类来源细胞完成。此外,研究团队还在脊髓损伤小鼠模型上开展了RNA测序与染色质免疫共沉淀测序分析。同时,本数据集收录了仅经谷胱甘肽S-转移酶A4(GSTA4)处理的小鼠尾尖成纤维细胞的RNA测序数据,以及仅经GSTA4处理的人类成纤维细胞的转座酶可及性测序数据。本数据集可为探究不同模型与处理条件下的转录组、表观基因组及蛋白质组变化提供全面的研究资源。
