Wheat_Plant_Rhizosphere Raw sequence reads. Wheat_Plant_Rhizosphere

This study investigates microbial communities associated with wheat (Triticum aestivum), including samples from leaves, roots, and rhizosphere. The 16S rRNA gene and ITS regions were sequenced to analyze the effect of inoculation with a synthetic microbial community (SynCom; isolates described in BioProject PRJNA884320) on the diversity and composition of bacterial and fungal communities under drought and normal conditions. These data provide insights into plant-microbe interactions and their potential to enhance plant growth and stress tolerance.
