This is a set of manually trained Stanford NLP Classifiers for sorting articles into Technology Innovation System (TIS) Functions. The classifiers were trained on a set of newspaper articles related to electric vehicles. Each TIS function represents a set of actions that can or have been taken to promote the development of a technology's innovation system in a specific way.
