This study evaluated the effect of electrical stimulation on human neural progenitor cells using RNAsequencing Overall design: Cells were loaded onto conductive polymer scaffolds. One group of cells received electrical stimulation (800mV, 100Hz for 1 hour) from the conductive polymer scaffold and compared to a group of unstimulated cells on the conductive polymer.
