Bacteria aggregation at various concentration of surfactants

The dataset consists of a) TIFF images of bacteria suspended in seawater at various concentration of surfactants; b) surface tension of seawater at different concentration of surfactant; and c) optical densities of cell suspension at different surfactant concentrations. This project investigated the effect of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate (DOSS) concentration in an aggregation of non-motile Marinobacter. This is done by comparing the optical densities of suspension and validated the result using the fluorescence microscope.
