The purpose of this study is to investigate microbiota composition of IBD and non-IBD patients experiencing abdominal symptoms. For this, we collected stools from 54 IBD patients and 55 non-IBD patients who were admitted to hospital and then isolated DNA to perform 16S rRNA sequencing.
