Gene sequencing of a rare mutant lung cancer

This sequencing contains 73 genes associated with the occurrence and development of lung cancer, including important genes related to targeted therapy and drug resistance such as BRAF, ALK, RET, ROS1, MET, EGFR, KRAS, ERBB2 in the NCCN guidelines, as well as genes related to PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy such as MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, POLE, and genes related to chemotherapy drug toxicity and efficacy.本测序覆盖73个与肺癌发生、发展密切相关的基因，其中包括美国国家综合癌症网络（National Comprehensive Cancer Network, NCCN）指南中收录的、与靶向治疗及耐药性相关的关键基因，如BRAF、ALK、RET、ROS1、MET、EGFR、KRAS、ERBB2等；此外还涵盖与PD-1/PD-L1免疫治疗相关的MLH1、MSH2、MSH6、PMS2、POLE等基因，以及与化疗药物毒性及疗效相关的基因。
