Satisfaction survey of users of the offices of the Municipal Housing and Land Company of Madrid (EMVS).

The objectives of the study are to measure the impact of the initiatives and management of the EMVS on the citizenship / target public of our Company, knowing first-hand the profile of the users, as well as their concerns and real needs and the degree of satisfaction of their expectations in their relationship with the EMVS. In addition, we aim to achieve maximum loyalty by making them participate in the possibility of improving the care received and perceived, creating a positive relationship with the EMVS proactively. The exploitation of the data obtained from the questionnaires serves, in turn, to detect the improvement needs of a public company whose interest is to optimize its attention to citizens, and implement the necessary measures to achieve it. The annual nature of these consultations allows the EMVS to check whether or not the objectives set have been met, as well as the evolution of the image perceived by the users of our services.
