Fitzroy and Margaret rivers likelihood of groundwater inflow

This data set contains polygons as shape files identifying the reaches of the main river channel in the Fitzroy and Margaret rivers (Western Australia) where there is a likelihood of groundwater inflow. The shape files are symbolised to represent different categories of the likelihood of groundwater inflow (i.e. low, medium or high) and are based on the results and interpretation of a longitudinal surface water environmental tracer and chemistry sampling survey. The purpose of the data set is to map the spatial occurrence and likelihood of groundwater inflow to reaches of the Fitzroy and Margaret rivers in Western Australia, to graphically communicate groundwater – surface water connectivity.
