Dataset Purpose: This dataset was collected to explore potential Cognitive Decline in Future Generations Due to Over-Reliance on Artificial Intelligence (AI): The Mediating Role of User Characteristics.Collection Method: The data sample was collected from 270 students at Comilla University, Noakhali Science and Technology University, Jagannath University, and Feni University using a cross-sectional method in Bangladesh during 2025.
