This Zenodo record provides supplementary materials supporting the revised manuscript entitled “Beyond Mean Homogeneity: A Reproducible Descriptor-Based Re-Analysis Workflow for Stage-Like Structural Behavior in a Direct-Injection Hydrogen Optical Engine” by Omair Alhatim and Ali Alshehri. The associated manuscript presents a reproducible descriptor-based re-analysis workflow for publicly available crank-angle-resolved optical data from a direct-injection hydrogen research engine. The workflow evaluates custom structure-aware descriptors, including the Pocket Persistence Index (PPI), magnitude-based Jet–Tumble Disruption Index (JTDI_mag), Boundary-Adjacent Reactive Fraction (BARF), and Stratification Topology Metric (STM), together with conventional and quasi-conventional comparison metrics. The supplementary materials are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and review of the manuscript-level analysis. They include descriptor-calculation data, sensitivity-analysis outputs, separability and stability analysis materials, synthetic-validation data, figure-supporting tables, and raw-input templates where applicable. The original optical-engine experimental data are not claimed as newly generated data in this record. They remain attributable to the public source studies cited in the manuscript and should be treated as the authoritative source for the original optical fields. This record provides manuscript-level re-analysis materials and supporting tabular/supplementary files only.
