In this experiment, we analyzed and compared gene expression in H358 lung adenocarcinoma cell lines with or without ADAR knockdown. The lung adenocarcinoma cell line H358 was transfected with ADAR shRNA or scrambled sequences. Total RNA was isolated from two biologically replicates. Samples for each group in duplicate were processed for Illumina BeadChip (Illumina HT-12) by the MSKCC genomics core facility according to the specifications of the manufacturer.
