资源简介:
Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) which form symbiosis and benefit plants have been found to be naturally associated with bacteria and the same are selected throughout generations, evolutionarily. Only some of these bacteria are cultivable while a significant uncultivable population still exists within these samples. This project describes the 16S rRNA amplicon metagenome sequencing to determine the diversity of the uncultivable bacteria associated with some of the AMF isolates. Since the bacteria have a significant potential to benefit the AMF performance, this diversity is important to study.
