Zhenjiang bearing dataset

Zhenjiang Bearing dataset collected by ourselves is also utilized, with test rig shown in Fig. 9, and the sampling frequency is 25.6kHz. As shown in Table 5, the dataset contains 5 health conditions (1. Normal condition(NC), 2.InnerRace fault(IF) 3. OuterRace fault(OF) 4. Ball fault(BF) 5. Ball+OuterRace fault(BOF) ) and 7 rotating speeds (900/1000/1100/1200/1300/1400/1500 RPM) for each health condition, and the fault severities are uniformly set to 0.5mm in both width and depth.The time-domain and frequency-domain samples, and each time-domain sample contains 1800 data points.

本次研究还采用了自主采集的镇江轴承数据集，其试验台如图9所示，采样频率为25.6kHz。如表5所示，该数据集包含5类健康工况：1. 正常工况（Normal Condition, NC）、2. 内圈故障（InnerRace Fault, IF）、3. 外圈故障（OuterRace Fault, OF）、4. 滚动体故障（Ball Fault, BF）、5. 滚动体与外圈复合故障（Ball+OuterRace Fault, BOF）；每类健康工况对应7种旋转转速：900/1000/1100/1200/1300/1400/1500转每分钟（RPM），且所有故障的严重度统一设置为宽度与深度均为0.5mm。该数据集涵盖时域样本与频域样本，单条时域样本包含1800个数据点。
