SOX3 facilitates granulosa cell proliferation and suppresses cell apoptosis through modulating PI3K/AKT pathway by targeting SPP1

The goals of this study are to compare the differentially expressed genes between OE-NC and OE-SOX3 KGN cell lines based on RNA-seq data and some of these genes were validated by qRT–PCR. Further, the differentially expressed genes were devided into up-regulated and down-regulated genes for GO, GSEA and KEGG analysis. Overall design: The mRNA profiles of OE-NC and OE-SOX3 KGN cell lines were generated by deep sequencing.
