The project aims at providing an optimized sampling and analytical framework for eDNA assessment of biodiversity and quantification in fjord systems as a complementary tool to regular surveys. Our results will contribute to the understanding of the dynamics of eDNA in fjord systems and demonstrate the role of eDNA in biodiversity monitoring.
