Subset of Helianthemum sequences used in Brewer et al.

This dataset includes 25 Helianthemum samples used in the phylogenetic analyses of Brewer et al. These samples are part of a larger phylogenomic study of the genus Helianthemum, focused on understanding species relationships and evolutionary patterns across the group. The full dataset is deposited under BioProject PRJNA1219060 and is currently under embargo until February 2026. This Zenodo entry provides an openly available subset of that project, including only the samples used in Brewer et al., in order to ensure transparency and enable proper citation during manuscript submission and review. The accompanying CSV file contains metadata for each sample, including taxon name, BioSample accession, library code, collection locality, collector information, and voucher reference when available. The full data and sequence reads will be released with the rest of the project upon completion of ongoing analyses. Please cite this dataset if you reuse any part of it.
