To investigate the H3K4me3 changes in Day-21 oocytes after Mtr4 deletion, CUT&Tag experiments targeting H3K4m3 were performed with 120 oocytes per sample. WT and Mtr4-null oocytes were extracted and duplicates were conducted. Each sample was sequenced 8G using nova6000 platform.
