This dataset presents the SLIPTA (Stepwise Laboratory Quality Improvement Process Towards Accreditation) performance assessment results for General and Primary Hospitals, collected between 19/07/2010 E.C. and 29/08/2010 E.C. (corresponding to July–August 2018 Gregorian Calendar). The dataset includes evaluations conducted across multiple hospitals using the WHO-AFRO SLIPTA checklist, which assesses laboratory quality management systems based on ISO 15189 standards.
