GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PRIMARY MALIGNANT TUMORS LONG BONES COMPLICATED BY A PATHOLOGICAL FRACTURE

In 27 cases (41.0%) PCP was preceded by the appearance of a painful tumor, in 20 (30.3%) the appearance of PCP was accompanied by painful sensations, 12 (18.2%) the disease began with the appearance of a tumor and limb dysfunction, in 1 (1.5%) PCP was the primary symptom of the disease. Of these, 19 patients (28.8%) associated the appearance of a pathological fracture with a previous injury. With a suspected inflammatory process, 15 (22.7%) patients were subjected to various types of physiotherapy.
