The following datasets for phylogenetic analysis of proteins Cdc48, Uba1, Der1, Ubc4, Ubi, Hsp70, Tic110, Tic20 and Tic22 are provided: Unaligned sequences (fasta format), aligned sequences (fasta format), trimmed alignments (fasta format) and IQ-TREE 2 output files.Transcipts, predicted gene sequences and predicted protein sequences for the Karlodinium veneficum PLY720 transcriptome are provided.
