Datasets for "The phenylacetic acid pathway is important for phytopathogen establishment in the rhizosphere"

Datasets for the research article entitled "The phenylacetic acid pathway is important for phytopathogen establishment in the rhizosphere". This dataset includes:1)RB-TNseq_library: Contains files of the barcode library, analysis of barcode diversity and code for all analysis performed with the gene fitness values of the RB-Tnseq. 2) phenylacetic_acid_blast: Contains the code and results of a large scale blast to annotate phenylacetic acid degradation genes in the Bacdive and CRBC dataset.3)16S: Contains the code and outputs of the microbiome 16S analysis. All the raw fastq files used for the 16S and RBTnseq analysis are uploaded in the NCBI Bioproject: PRJNA1402740.
