Characterization of temocillin resistance among Enterobacter asburiae clinical isolates. Enterobacter asburiae

Two isogenic clinical isolates of Enterobacter asburiae were collected from the urines of the same patient. One was susceptible to temocillin whereas the other one was resistant. The aim of the study was to perform genomic comparisons to find potential targets which could explain the resistance observed.
