Malaysian Voice Pathology Database: A Dataset of Dysphonic Patients and Healthy Individual Voice Recordings

The dataset includes voice recordings and corresponding acoustic and demographic data from 20 participants including 10 dysphonic patients and 10 healthy controls. Each participant sustained the vowel /a/ for 5 seconds, and acoustic features were extracted using the OperaVox voice assessment system. Metadata for each recording are provided in tabular format, including participant demographics, acoustic measurements and clinical diagnosis (for dysphonic patients). Accessibility to more patients in the database may be access through the Malaysian Voice Pathology Database (MVPD) which will be continuously updating with new cases.
