Data from: Delayed breeding phenology of low-latitude frogs over 15 years revealed by passive acoustic monitoring Authors were anonymized for double-blind peer review process. This data contains number of call detections of seven frog species and climate data from Iriomote Island, Japan, during 2009–2025, and R scripts to replicate our analyses. Descriptions data detection: Daily detection counts inferred from the custom-trained BirdNET model. medianl-calling-date: Lists of median calling dates for each species at each site. The “median_calling_date” column shows calendar dates. The “num_median_calling_date” column shows the same dates converted to numerical values: days since 1 January for summer breeders and days since 1 June for autumn–spring breeders. These numerical values were used in the regression analyses. randomization-dataset: RDATA files containing the results of randomization analyses conducted using the climwin package. Itiomore-weather.csv: Climate data originally downloaded from the Japan Meteorological Agency website (https://www.data.jma.go.jp/risk/obsdl/index.php) R scripts: R code used for statistical analyses and figure generation in the manuscript.
