Each entry gives the following information: registration number; surveyor's number; applicant; locality; parish number; county; area; clause; acct. number; number of portions; charter; date of issue; cat. number; returned; description; final action. One volume is marked "Salaried Surveyors" and gives the following additional details: date of receipt; nature of surveyor report; roads; feature surveys; connections etc.; pre-emptive; C.P.s; auction; government and public purposes; improved or appraised; mineral leases; volunteer land orders; miles travelled on duty; public gates.
