Staphylococcus aureus strain NCTC 8325 under isocyanide resistant derivatives

Staphylococcus aureus strain NCTC 8325 was growth under isocyanide and after 30 days of continue passaging resistant derivatives with a 4X MIC increase were obtained in three independent replicates (A,B,C), and from each of the experiments. The dataset contains the controls of the same strain growing without isocyanide (D) and the original strain used at the beginning of the experiment (WT). Genomes from three single colonies were sequenced from each experiment.
