Transcriptional profiles of human islet and exocrine endothelial cells in subjects with or without impaired glucose metabolism

We report the application of RNA sequencing to quantify the global transcriptome of sorted endothelial cells from the endocrine and exocrine pancreas in normoglycemic and impaired glucose metabolism(IGM) human donors. Examination of gene transcription in endothelial cells from human pancreatic islets and the exocrine pancreas purified using FACS from 8 normoglycemic and 5 IGM donors. NOTE: Raw data is not included because the files were deleted by the sequencing center.
