STING agonists are in clinical development, yet their mechanisms of action remain unclear. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze response to ADU-S100 in a mesothelioma patient specimen ex vivo. Overall design: Tumor pieces from a patient with mesothelioma were treated with ADU-S100 and analyzed using scRNAseq.
