Transcriptome sequencing of SKOV3 cells and COC1/DDP cells

SKOV3 are reovirus-sensitive ovarian cancer cells and COC1/DDP are reovirus-resistant ovarian cancer cells of ascites origin.The analysis of the two strains of cells subjected to transcriptome sequencing was aimed at identifying the molecular mechanisms underlying the resistance of tumour cells to reovirus and providing an effective therapeutic tool to enhance the tumourolytic effect of reovirus.
