This BioProject provides strand-specific RNA-seq reads for the Brazilian Staphylococcus aureus ST239 strain Bmb9393 generated under biofilm and planktonic conditions. Libraries were prepared with the Qiagen Stranded RNA Library Kit (capturing both sRNAs and mRNAs) and sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq 500/550 (v2, 75 cycles) at UGCDFA/LNCC (Brazil). These data support comparative expression analyses of coding and noncoding transcripts relevant to biofilm biology.
