Geographic Target Areas for Housing Development

This map is designed for use by City Staff or Developers to identify if developments will qualify for any geographically targeted incentive programs with the City of Dallas. This story map includes text describing the program and the ability to turn those specific layers on. The mapping application also includes the ability to search an address so the user can easily identify their site on the map. The map includes the following layers: Reinvestment Strategy Areas MVA for Incentive Zoning Neighborhood Empowerment Zones Designated Opportunity Zones
