该数据依据齐齐哈尔一重公司现场切削实验数据整理得到,刀具每进行两次切削加工,使用工业摄像机对进行切削加工后的铣削刀片进行照片记录,再通过图像识别算法进行刀具后刀面磨损值设别,得到每两次切削后的刀片后刀面磨损值,共18组磨损值数据,每组磨损值数据包含3个刀齿的后刀面磨损值。
This dataset is compiled from on-site cutting experimental data obtained at Qiqihar First Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. For every two consecutive cutting operations performed by the cutting tool, industrial cameras are used to capture photographic records of the post-cut milling inserts. Subsequently, the flank wear values of the inserts are identified using image recognition algorithms, yielding the flank wear data of each insert after every two cutting cycles. In total, 18 sets of wear data are included, with each set containing the flank wear values of 3 cutting teeth on the milling inserts.
