Angomonas deanei (PRA-265) genome and proteome

This dataset contains the genome sequence for Angomonas deanei (PRA-265), previously named Crithidia deanei Carvalho. This genome sequence was de novo assembled by Daley et al (2021. PMID: 33561222) using Oxford Nanopore MinION R9.4.1 and Illumina HiSeq 3000 platforms. The genome was assembled into 29 contigs/chromosomes. In addition to the genome Fasta file, the Fasta files for 10365 protein-coding sequences and their corresponding protein sequences are also included in this dataset. The three Fasta files were downloaded from GenBank (assembly GCA_903995115.1; July 10, 2026).
