资源简介:

This deposit contains the theoretical framework, intervention protocol, and video evidence of a novel stuttering rehabilitation method developed between 2019 and 2026. Core theory: The "Motor Speech Homeostatic Repair Mechanism" explains why traditional fluency-shaping methods relapse: the body automatically maintains the most frequently repeated motor program as the "default setting." For people who stutter, this default is stuttering itself. Intervention: A 20-hour intensive training protocol using delayed auditory feedback (DAF) earphones, followed by a 2-week adaptation period and 6-month observation. The key innovation is bypassing the stutterer's subjective judgment (which is hijacked by the error mechanism) through external auditory feedback. Evidence: 60 clinical cases with complete video records (500GB+). Representative anonymized video clips are included. Files included: Three theoretical articles (Chinese) Intervention protocol documentation Representative video clips (anonymized)
